Franco Holder
Franco is a Pianist, Organist, Teacher, and Music Director based in the Twin Cities and holds a B.M. in Piano Performance from Indiana University. He has more than 30 years experience teaching at all skill levels and styles including classical, pop, and jazz.
Franco has led clinics and masterclasses at the Guthrie and Ordway Theaters, music directed at The University of Minnesota, Macalester College, and is Music Director for the Junior Musical Theater summer program at Interlochen Center for the Arts. He is a past winner of the Artistic Ambassador Competition for the state of Minnesota, as is a featured recording artist for the Schubert Club Piano Museum's exhibit on women composers. He has collaborated with many musicians at various local venues including Bryant Lake Bowl, Crooners, the Schubert Club, and Orchestra Hall.
He enjoys teaching immensely and in particular training students in the direction they wish to go. He loves plants, animals, coffee, and chocolate in that order.
